Eligible returns
We do not accept returns due to change of mind. If your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, you may request either a replacement or a refund. To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report the issue. Once we have reviewed your request, we will advise you on the next steps for return or replacement.
Damaged goods
If you have received damaged goods, please make a claim within 14 days or contact us immediately. The damage may have been caused by the delivery courier service. We will work with you to replace the damaged goods as quickly as possible.
Faulty products and warranty
